Principal Director

Malcolm Greenhalgh, Director

Malcolm is a primary education specialist and co-created the company in 2005. He is responsible for Incyte International's business development strategy and growth which has helped the company to expand and sustain clients in education and education associated organisations in the UK and internationally. He has particular responsibility for all aspects of our school improvement strand of business including project management and quality assurance. He has been a school leader, school improvement partner, senior inspector, trainer, international education consultant and key speaker, and quality assurance specialist.

Prior to creating Incyte International he co-created and was  Managing Director of Incyte Kft, a successful Hungarian education company and before that he co-created Bench Marque Ltd in 1993 guiding it to become one of the most successful educational businesses in the UK before selling out to Tribal Education.


Principal Director

Caroline Mckee, Director

Caroline is a secondary education specialist and co-created the company in 2005 and is responsible for Incyte’s operational strategy. This role includes, promotional strategy, project management, consultant training, school evaluations and support, and quality assurance. She has had significant experience as a high-quality school improvement partner, Ofsted lead inspector and trainer, and international education consultant.  She has particular responsibility for Incyte’s Safeguarding activities working effectively with schools, facilities management companies and large education-linked national charities. She project manages all aspects of Incyte’s safeguarding contracts and provides training to facilities management Board Directors and their Asset Managers.

Prior to creating Incyte International she was a director at Incyte Kft, a successful Hungarian education company, a teacher and school leader and led a successful sports coaching and resource company.


Ayham Ayche, Director

Ayham has over 20 years in education, most recently served as the Business Development Director at one of the world's leading education management organizations. He boasts a diverse experience in the education industry spanning operations, academic development, and IT strategy.

He has played a pivotal role in forging innovative education partnerships across global markets such as the USA, Germany, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, and China.

Passionately dedicated to enhancing educational outcomes, Ayham prioritises equipping schools to achieve excellence for a varied student body. He advocates for schools to evolve as self-sustaining, community-centric institutions.

He holds a Master's degree in Computation from Oxford University and an MBA from the University of Surrey.


Gulshan Kayembe, Director

Gulshan is a highly experienced adviser and lead inspector and uses her skills expertly to work closely with senior leadership teams, middle leaders, teachers, non-teaching staff and governors.  Her supportive and coaching style enables an acceleration in capability and maturity increasing capacity significantly. Whilst having a close finger on the pulse of the new Ofsted frameworks and research in the education world, she implements new thinking effectively into her supportive role ensuring there is constant challenge for even the best practitioners and leaders.  In this way, she plays a significant part in improving schools from a low start point or ensuring outstanding schools remain outstanding and at the forefront of education innovation.

Gulshan is one of Incyte’s lead safeguarding specialists providing excellent leadership and support to ensure all statutory requirements and best practice are incorporated into the work of our client schools.


Ian Moore, Director

Ian has extensive experience of providing high quality support and advice to Primary and Secondary Schools, FE and HE and other organisations. In recent years, Ian has worked more closely with free schools, academies and MATs, this work has included: working with MATs across the UK, supporting school improvement and staff development at middle and senior level. In some instances, Ian has been seconded into leadership teams for short periods of time. He has specialisms in timetabling, mathematics, science, business and sport. He has worked at a strategic level with design teams from major contractors such as Interserve, Balfour Beatty, Kier, Bouygues and Rydon. This has involved working with all stakeholders (including the ESFA) to ensure budget deadlines are kept and can accrue long term revenue streams. Also, that physical and curriculum design are fit for learning so that learning continues while the school is rebuilt or extended. He is Chair of Governors of an Outstanding Primary School and Chair of Trustees of the Chiltern Music Academy.
