Early Years (EYFS) Programme

Our Early Years programme is designed to strengthen provision, practice, and leadership across EYFS settings. Drawing on deep expertise in early childhood education, we support schools to develop high-quality learning environments, refine assessment and curriculum approaches, and build confident, reflective practitioners. The focus is on creating strong foundations that enable every child to thrive.

Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring in Education Settings

Our Coaching & Mentoring Diploma equips educators and leaders with the skills to lead through coaching, fostering a culture of professional growth and continuous improvement. Through structured training, practical application, and reflective practice, participants develop the ability to have impactful conversations, support colleagues effectively, and embed coaching as a sustainable driver of school improvement.

Inspire 2 Programme

Inspire 2 is designed to support schools in driving whole-school improvement through targeted, practical, and strategic interventions. The programme focuses on strengthening leadership, improving teaching and learning, and embedding systems that lead to measurable impact. Working in close partnership with schools, Inspire 2 ensures that improvement is both meaningful and sustainable.

About

This is a programme that supports and works with teachers, middle leaders and senior leaders to improve the quality of learning and teaching. Our goal is to instigate a cultural shift from a teacher-centred classroom to a learner-centered classroom, and ultimately a learning-centred one.

Our model of support, which was built effectively on the best practices in the school enhances the in-school support provided for teachers from middle and senior leaders.

About

This is an in-depth course that reviews all the work of governance and will give you the confidence that the work of the governing body is accurately evaluated and that there is an action plan to take it forwards.
